Notice for Prequalification 2026-2028 of Supply of Personal Protective Equipment (PPES) tender at AIDS Healthcare Foundation (AHF) Rwanda 

SUPPLIER PREQUALIFICATION NOTICE 2026-2028 

AHF Rwanda is the Rwandan branch of the global AIDS Healthcare Foundation, which provides a wide range of free and confidential HIV/AIDS services, including prevention, testing, counseling, and treatment, as well as integrated care for non-communicable diseases. AHF Rwanda wishes to prequalify competent suppliers for the supply and delivery of various goods and services for a two-year period for the underlisted categories.
 
Supply of Personal Protective Equipment (PPES)

The Supplier Prequalification exercise will be conducted online via: 

TenderSure™ platform is secure, transparent and provides an efficient Supplier Prequalification process.
Interested suppliers can view the Supplier Prequalification categories on the TenderSure™ website
link https://www.tendersure.africa/ under the “Available Jobs” tab.
Access to the Supplier Prequalification will be granted upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of fee of RWF 43,000.00 per category.

All payments will be made online via MoMo, Visa Card, and MasterCard amongst others.
The online Supplier Pre Qualification exercise closes on 28thNovember 2025 at 10pm EAT.

IMPORTANT NOTES 

1. Existing suppliers are required to participate alongside prospective suppliers to be evaluated and considered for future business.
2. All participants who duly complete the Supplier Prequalification process online will be notified of the outcome via email.
3. Participation in the Supplier Prequalification is not a guarantee for business. 
4. AHF Rwanda reserves the right to accept or reject any bid as a whole or in part at its own discretion.
