Job Overview

The Office Kitchen Cook & Cleaner will be responsible for preparing daily meals for staff members (Monday to Friday) and ensuring cleanliness and hygiene across the office kitchen and designated office areas. This role requires consistency, organization, and a strong sense of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

Kitchen & Cooking Duties

  • Prepare fresh, healthy, and timely meals for staff members dialy
  • Plan simple weekly menus in coordination with management
  • Ensure proper food storage, hygiene, and safety standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen at all times
  • Monitor kitchen supplies and report low stock levels

Cleaning Duties

  • Clean the office kitchen, utensils, appliances, and dining areas dialy
  • Maintain cleanliness of designated office spaces, including restrooms and common ereas.
  • Dispose of waste properly and maintain sanitation standards
  • Ensure the office environment remains neat, organized, and welcoming

Purchasing Responsibilities

  • Manage and utilize the allocated purchasing budget responsibly and transparently
  • Source, evaluate, and select suppliers in line with company standards and approved budget limits.
  • Request, compare, and analyze quotations to ensure best value for Money
  • Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with internal approval budgets
  • Track expenditures and ensure all purchases remain within the approved budget.
  • Ensure timely delivery of goods and services while maintaining quality standards
  • Maintain accurate purchasing and financial records for accountability and audits
  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships and negotiate favorable terms
  • Report regularly on purchasing activities and budget utilization
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and ethical standards

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in cooking and cleaning preferred
  • Ability to prepare simple, nutritious meals consistently
  • Knowledge of hygiene and sanitation standrds
  • Reliable, hardworking, and trustworthy
  • Good communication and time management skill
