Objective:

The Performance Management & Business Analyst will play a crucial role in analyzing the bank’s performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and providing strategic insights that support key decision-making processes across the organization. The incumbent will collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment with business goals and improve overall operational effectiveness.

Main Responsibilities:

    • Analyze business performance data to provide insights and recommendations for enhancing overall efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Develop and maintain performance dashboards, reports, and metrics that monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across departments.
    • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand the business processes, ensuring that performance metrics align with strategic objectives.
    • Facilitate discussions with departments to identify challenges and opportunities for improvement, proposing actionable solutions.
    • Conduct market analysis and research to benchmark performance against industry standards and best practices.
    • Provide training and support for teams on performance management tools and techniques.
    • Participate in the creation and implementation of business plans and operational strategies.

Requirements

Academic Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CIMA, PMP) will be an advantage.

Work Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, performance management, or a similar role within the financial services industry.
  • Proven experience in process improvement and project management.
  • Strong analytical background with the ability to interpret complex data sets and make data-driven decisions.

Skills:

  • Excellent proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Ability to think critically and creatively to solve business problems.
  • Proficiency in performance management methodologies and reporting practices.
