About the Role

This role provides both strategic and operational leadership of design, implementation and continuous monitoring of all Projects in the Rwanda Country Programme. The role will also ensure that the programme aligns with government policies, national development plans and Ripple Effect’s strategic aims. The role ensures timely delivery of donor funded projects and provides high technical oversight. Ensuring the local programme delivers high quality results that address requirements of government, communities, donors, supporters and other relevant stakeholders.

About You

As the ideal candidate for the Program and Partner Support Manager role, you bring at least five (5) years of experience in program management, with demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, project implementation, and budget management. You have a proven ability to develop high-quality proposals, support fundraising initiatives, and produce impactful reports that drive program success. Self-Help& Motivational

Your strong command of English, combined with experience in proposal development, program management, and working within the NGO sector, makes you a valuable addition to Ripple Effect.

You are a confident leader with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. You excel at leading programs, building and developing high-performing teams, and fostering productive partnerships. With strong strategic thinking, attention to detail, and a creative, innovative approach to problem-solving, you consistently deliver results aligned with organizational goals.

Guided by the values of integrity, accountability, and compassion, you are self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently while building strong networks and collaborative relationships.
