ADVERT FOR THE PROVISION OF OFFICE SUPPLIES AND STATIONARIES TO FAWE RWANDA CHAPTER
The Forum for African Women Educationalists (FAWE) is a membership-based Pan-African Non-Governmental Organization that operates through 34 National Chapters in 33 countries in Sub-Saharan Africa to promote girls’ and women’s education. FAWE’s vision, mission and goal focus on quality of education for girls and women for their socio-economic empowerment. FAWE Rwanda Chapter started in 1997 and since its inception it has grown to become a reputable partner and focal point on female education in Rwanda.
FAWE Rwanda Chapter would like to hire a service provider for the provision of office supplies and stationaries for one-year renewable upon satisfactory performance.
FAWE Rwanda therefore invites eligible companies to submit their bids.

- A copy of trading license from Rwanda Development Board
- At least 3 certificates of good completion of similar services executed from Governmental or Non-Governmental Organizations (that were issued between 2020-2023)
- Tax clearance from Rwanda Revenue Authority

Bids submission:
Well printed bids, properly sealed must be submitted at FAWE Rwanda head office located at Remera in REB premises, not later than 25th September 2023 at 4:00 pm in room number 4. Late bids will not be accepted.
