Provision of Transport Services Tender at Rwanda Wood Value Chain Association (RWVCA)

The Rwanda Wood Value Chain Association (RWVCA) invites qualified and experienced transport service providers to express their interest in providing transport services under a one-year framework agreement.

The successful service provider will be expected to provide transport services on an as-needed basis to support RWVCA activities within Kigali City and across all districts of Rwanda, including the provision of vehicles and professional drivers for official assignments.

Interested companies are invited to request the detailed Terms of Reference (TOR) and bidding requirements by sending an email to: procurement@rwvca.org.rw, with the subject line: “Request for TOR – Transport Services Tender (Ref. 002/RWVCA/CA/2026)”

Upon receipt of the request, RWVCA will share the complete Terms of Reference and instructions for proposal submission.

Only duly registered companies with demonstrated experience in providing transport services are encouraged to apply. The deadline for requesting the TOR is 26 June 2026. The deadline for submission of technical and financial proposals is 30 June 2026.

RWVCA reserves the right to accept or reject any expression of interest or proposal without incurring any obligation to the applicants.
