FAWE Rwanda Chapter would like to hire a service provider for the provision of vehicle maintenance services and spare parts.
FAWE Rwanda therefore invites eligible garages to submit their bids.
The Bid shall comprise the following documents for technical evaluation:
- A copy of trading license from Rwanda Development Board
- At least 3 certificates of good completion of similar services executed from Governmental or reputable Non-Governmental Organizations (dating not before 2021)
- Tax clearance from Rwanda Revenue Authority
- A confirmation that the bidder has Electronic Billing Machine
- Recent RSSB certificate
The Bidders are requested to fill in the table below the unit cost of each highlighted item for each of the 3 FAWE Rwanda’s vehicles namely Toyota Land Cruiser 2013, Toyota Hilux Vigo 2010 and Toyota Rush 2019 (ALL TAXES INCLUSIVE) for financial evaluation.
