HVP Gatagara Orthopedic and Rehabilitation Hospital invites eligible bidders to submit their bids for Provision of vehicles, generators, and motorbike maintenance and repair service as indicated in detail in the Statement of Requirements.

The tender document may be obtained from the secretariat office of HVP Gatagara Orthopedic and Rehabilitation Hospital from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday. All interested bidders must pay a non-refundable fee of Ten Thousand Rwandan francs (10,000Rwf) deposited to bank account No 443-2153198-11 in BPR (HVP Gatagara). The proof of payment must be presented to obtain the Tender Document. This tender is composed of two (2) lots:

LOT 01: Provision of minor maintenance and repair service of vehicles, generators, and motobike 

LOT 02: Provision of major and more specialized maintenance and repair service of vehicles, generators, and motobike

All bids will be submitted from the secretariat office of HVP Gatagara Orthopedic and Rehabilitation Hospital not later than 16/12/2025 at 10:00 am local time. Late bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened on 16/12/2025 at 11:00 am localtime. Bidders can participate in the opening of bids.

The bids shall remain valid for a period of 120 days starting from the submission deadline above mentioned. 

Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Law N° 031/2022 of 21/11/2022 and Ministerial Order n° 001/23/10/ TC of 10/10/2023 law governing public procurement.
