Hiring vehicles with unlimited mileage with Fuel and driver from Kigali to different destinations as indicated in the attached pricing template. The vehicle should be in very good condition, have all the necessary documents and tools.

The quotation should be accompanied documents:

• Company registration certificate (RDB Certificate
• Valid operating license issued by Rwanda Utility Regulation Agency (RURA)
• VAT registration certificate
• Valid Tax clearance (certificate with tax arrears will be void)
• Proof of using EBM
• Proof of owned vehicles by company with copies of yellow cards/ or contract for rented vehicles from private individuals.
• Provision of at least three (3) references (recommendations with contracts) from NGOs and public institutions for similar services provided in the recent five years. At least one reference should come from an International Non-Government organization.
• Provision of evidence of financial capabilities issued by a Banking institution.
• Note: The bidder missing any of the above requested compulsory documents will be automatically disqualified.
