Jhpiego Rwanda is seeking a quotation for provision of graphic design and printing services to support upcoming project activities for twelve months framework contract. 

We kindly request you to provide your best prices, delivery timelines, and any relevant terms and conditions. We would like to request that the quoted prices remain fixed and valid for a period of one year from the date of agreement. 

Kindly ensure your quotation includes:

• Unit prices of each item (as per attached list), separate prices of designing and printing 
• Delivery terms and conditions after reception of order.
• Payment terms
• Confirmation of price validity for one year

Submission Deadline

Quotations should be submitted in two separate sealed envelopes (Technical and Financial) or electronic email with hidden Password that will be asked during evaluation.
