Jhpiego is in the process of sourcing refreshment items for office use and upcoming activities. Please find attached the list of items for which we kindly request you to provide a quotation.

We would like to request that the quoted prices remain fixed and valid for a period of one year from the date of agreement. 

Kindly ensure your quotation includes:

• Unit prices of each item (as per attached list)
• Delivery terms and conditions after reception of order.
• Confirmation of price validity for one year

Submission Deadline:

• Submit your quotation in sealed envelopes or electronic email with hidden Password that will be asked during evaluation not later than Thursday, 18/12/2025, 3:00 PM Kigali time, with Clearly marked “RFQ for Office Refreshment” to Jhpiego Office
