We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales Engineer to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the future of industrial innovation on the continent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to exceed targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in engineering and industrial sectors
  • Deliver technical product presentations and proposals to prospective clients
  • Collaborate with the technical team during onboarding to ensure successful project implementation
  • Manage customer orders and provide after-sales support to ensure satisfaction
  • Represent Valuetec at trade shows, conferences, and industry events across Africa

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Automation, or related field)
  • Proven sales experience in the engineering or industrial sector
  • Strong technical knowledge paired with effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license
  • Language proficiency relevant to the region is required for smooth client interactions
