Position Objectives
To support ABYTECH-HUB’s growth by engaging clients, promoting software solutions, and building strong customer relationships that drive sustainable business success.
Job Descriptions
Salesperson – Job Summary
The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, promoting ABYTECH-HUB software solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should be sales-driven, customer-focused, and skilled in communication and negotiation.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential and existing customers to promote ABYTECH-HUB software solutions
- Identify, create, and follow up on sales leads and referrals
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Prepare sales forecasts and expense reports
- Continuously identify new market and sales opportunities
Requirements
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the IT or software sector
- Strong understanding of sales strategies and industry regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Fluency in English and Kinyarwanda
