Job Responsibilities
- Identify psychosocial cases and collaborate with clients to find appropriate solutions
- Manage all social services supplies and equipment within the institution
- Provide monthly reports on social activities to the direct supervisor
- Advocate for clients to access resources that improve their well-being
- Coordinate activities of sponsors in wards
- Educate patients individually or in groups on behavior change
- Educate patients and their relatives on management of patients’ conditions and related consequences
- Organize and coordinate the International Patients’ Day
- Manage support packages enabling patients to lead fulfilling lives
- Organize social reintegration of abandoned and invalid patients through home visits
- Serve as a liaison between patients, healthcare providers, and sponsors
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
Candidates must hold one of the following degrees with at least 1 year of relevant experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Studies
Required Competencies and Key Technical Skills
- Effective time management skills
- Digital literacy and comfort with relevant technology
- Strong knowledge of social and environmental issues
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent social skills and social perceptiveness
- Extensive knowledge of social affairs and policies
- Ability to work independently and on initiative
- Fluency in Kinyarwanda, English, and/or French (knowledge of all three is an advantage)
- Social orientation and interpersonal skills
- High level of integrity and professionalism

Job Responsibilities Perform general electrical installation, maintenance, and repair work Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, outlets, fixtures, and appliances Interpret blueprints, sketches, diagrams, and electrical schematics accurately Estimate materials, equipment, and labor costs required for projects Establish and maintain work schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks Perform electrical troubleshooting and diagnostics Ensure safety protocols and compliance with electrical regulations at all times Perform calculations and electrical measurements as required Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used Supervise and train junior workers or apprentices as assigned Perform other duties as delegated by supervisors
