that brings together local government entities in Rwanda. RALGA has 28 members, i.e. all 27 Districts of Rwanda and the City of Kigali. RALGA is legally registered with legal personality No 034/11 in compliance with law Number 04/2012 of 17/02/2012 governing the organization and the functioning of national non-governmental organizations. RALGA's office building is located in Masaka Sector, Kicukiro District and wishes to acquire and install solar power lights within and around its compound.

Objective and scope of this tender
The objective and scope of this tender is to supply and install materials for solar power lights along the fence of RALGA's office compound.

Interested bidders shall submit their technical and financial proposals in English sealed separately to the Secretary General of Rwanda Association of Local Government Authorities (RALGA) not later than Wednesday 15th December 2022 at 3:00 a.m. at RALGA Office in Masaka, Kicukiro District. The opening of the bids shall take place the same day at 03:30 p.m., and the bidders or their representatives will be allowed to attend this opening.
