Supply and Delivery of School Resource Room Materials tender at National Union of Disability Organizations in Rwanda (NUDOR)

The National Union of Disability Organizations in Rwanda (NUDOR) now invites eligible and qualified bidders to submit sealed bids for the Supply and Delivery of School Resource Room Materials under the Zero Out of School Children Project.

The tender aims to procure high-quality educational materials and equipment required for school resource rooms to support inclusive education for children with disabilities.

The Tender Document ( full Terms of Reference ) containing detailed information, including technical specifications, quantities and submission instructions, will be shared with all interested bidders through the recruitment email indicated below in this invitation. 

 All interested and qualified bidders are invited to submit their bids in sealed envelopes clearly marked “Tender for Supply and Delivery of School Resource Room Materials”

Bids must be submitted to the NUDOR Secretariat not later than November 14, 2025, at 1:00 PM local time, and will be opened the same day at 01:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their representatives who wish to attend. 

Important Notes:

• Late bids will be rejected.
• Electronic submissions are not allowed.
• Only suppliers meeting the eligibility requirements will be considered.
