- Tender Documents in English may be obtained at RRP+ office from 14/08/2023,in working days Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM after presentation of a payment slip of a non-refundable fee of Five Thousand Rwandan Francs (Rwf 5,000) deposited on the Account No 6775007768 / ECOBANK of RWANDA NETWORK OF PEOPLE LIVING WIT. Please mention on the deposit slip as follows: “Tender for Maintenance of ICT Equipment for RRP+/2023”. Interested bidders may obtain further information at RRP+ headquarter located at Rukiri I cell, Remera Sector, KG 599 St, N 33, Gasabo District or contact us on phone number 0789287395.
- Well printed bids accompanied by samples and properly bound and presented in two copies (original and its copy) must reach the RRP+ at the address mentioned above not later than 15/09/2023 at 10:00 am. Late and poorly prepared bids will be rejected and the bids sent electronically will not be accepted.
- Bids will be opened in public session in the Conference room of RRP+ the same day on 15/09/2023 at 10:30.
- The outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender name, tender number, Bidder Company Name. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Laws Governing Public Procurement in Rwanda.
