Expression Of Interest – Construction Works Tender at World Vision

World Vision is a child-focused Christian humanitarian organization implementing development programmes in 30 Districts of Rwanda. Our interventions in the strategic period of 2026-2030 seek to reach 2.5 million of the most vulnerable children. This is done through programming in Resilience and Livelihoods, WASH and Health, Child Protection and Education.

World Vision International Rwanda hereby invites all competent and reputable companies/suppliers specialized in construction works to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the works indicated below tender Lots:

• Lot 1: Construction of two (2) block of Latrines at GS Nyamure and GS Cyimpindu and four (4) MHMR at EP Cyangabo, EP Nyabinaga, Kagunga, EP Gacumbi in Kirimbi sector, Nyamasheke District FFE_Project.

• Lot 2: Construction of three (3) block of Latrines at GS Nyakanyinya, EP Bwerankori, EP Birehe and three (3) MHR at EP Birehe, GS Jarama and EP Bwerankori in Kageyo district, Nyamasheke District FFE_Project.

Participation in the competition is therefore open and on equal conditions to all companies specialized in the field. 

Instructions to bidders: 

1. All tendering processes and bid submissions must be completed online via the WVR e-procurement system (Coupa). No hard-copy submissions will be accepted.
2. Interest bidders must express interest through the provided;Link not later than, 25/06/2026 at 5:00PM
3. An email will be sent to all bidders who expressed interest, granting access to the Tender documents on the date to be indicated in e-procurement system (Coupa).
4. Bids must be submitted exclusively via the WVR e-procurement system by the deadline communicated in Coupa. No company will be awarded more than one lot.
