The Finance Controller will analyze daily financial activities and subsequently provide advice and guidance to upper management on future financial plans. The Finance Controller has a keen interest in the growth, efficiency, and profitability of the company and excellent negotiation skills. The goal is to enable the management to make sound business decisions and meet the company’s objectives.

• Producing accurate financial reports and information

• Maintain financial oversight and make recommendations on financial issues to assigned business unit (s).
• Coordinate and execute the monthly/annual forecast analysis process with assigned business units.
• Proactively resolve MIS issues impacting performance and review impact with business unit(s) and finance officers
• Provide financial support and analytics related to financial and other performance metrics to assigned business unit(s).
• Coordinate and execute the review of the monthly reporting and results process with assigned business unit(s).
• Provide analytical support and recommendations on key financial issues.

• Ability to synthesize large quantities of complex data into actionable information
• Ability to work and effectively communicate with senior-level business partners

• Good knowledge of QuickBooks
• Available to work outside normal working hours
• Fluency in English and good knowledge in French would be an added advantage

• At least 5 years’ experience in finance management (preferably accounting)
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field
• Holder of CPA or ACCA certification
