Job Responsibilities
- Maintain and troubleshoot all network and computer-related issues
- Integrate security and physical control solutions for all confidential data and systems
- Monitor performance and manage parameters to ensure fast responses for users
- Identify user needs and system functionalities to ensure ICT facilities meet these needs
- Plan, budget, develop, and implement the ICT action plan
- Maintain and develop a modern, cost-effective, stable ICT infrastructure available 24/7
- Schedule upgrades and security backups of hardware and software
- Liaise and maintain relations with external ICT service providers
- Install computers, printers, and peripheral devices
- Troubleshoot, repair, update, and maintain ICT equipment and manage toner/equipment requests
- Schedule preventive maintenance of computers, printers, and other ICT equipment
- Support staff in using audio/visual equipment for presentations, workshops, and trainings
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and update operating systems, antivirus, and applications
- Manage removal and disposal of non-functional ICT equipment
- Provide timely IT support across departments
- Ensure compliance with software licensing laws
- Develop formal user training programs in collaboration with HR to raise ICT awareness and skills
- Ensure data integrity, security, and confidentiality across departments
- Assist logistics officer with ICT equipment inventory and relocation
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
Applicants must hold one of the following degrees (No experience required):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information and Communication Technology
- Bachelor’s Degree in ICT Engineering
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology Management
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Applications
Required Competencies and Key Technical Skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective time and resource management
- Risk management abilities
- Solid understanding of ICT equipment specifications including PCs, printers, and scanners
- Proficiency in internet technologies and IT infrastructure (TCP/IP, WAN, LAN, MPLS, telecom networks)
- Ability to translate customer needs into technical strategies
- Expertise in managing and troubleshooting TCP/IP networking issues
- Experience in desktop support, network and system administration
- Hardware repair skills for PCs and related devices
- Decision-making capabilities
- High integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
- Tact and discretion in handling sensitive information
- Fluency in Kinyarwanda, English, and/or French (knowledge of all is an advantage)

Job Responsibilities Perform general electrical installation, maintenance, and repair work Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, outlets, fixtures, and appliances Interpret blueprints, sketches, diagrams, and electrical schematics accurately Estimate materials, equipment, and labor costs required for projects Establish and maintain work schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks Perform electrical troubleshooting and diagnostics Ensure safety protocols and compliance with electrical regulations at all times Perform calculations and electrical measurements as required Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used Supervise and train junior workers or apprentices as assigned Perform other duties as delegated by supervisors
