Instructor in Agricultural Mechanization Technology at RP Gishari College (RP-GISHARI)
Responsibilities or duties
- Teach/train students in areas of their specialization
- Assist students in portfolio building
- Conduct practical session, planning and preparation
- Engage in professional and personal development
- Participate in community outreach activities
- Supervise student innovation projects
- Conduct practical examination and assessment
- Participate in income generating activities of the institution
- Conduct training needs assessment in line with curriculum
- Assist students to perform the necessary tasks while working in the workshop
- Prepare an inclusive workshop
- Provide technical advice to the institution
- Perform all other tasks assigned by his/her supervisors
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
NB: The candidate must have:
- Transcript or Degree showing at least a second-class upper division.
- Two (2) of experience in teaching
- One (1) year of industrial exposure
Proven industrial working experience of at least six (6) months. Having a TVET trainer certificate and a driving license Class F is an added advantage
Experience needed
2 Years of relevant experience
