About the Role

We are looking for someone who will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering daily operational Aqua- data into Farm360 and other database systems. This role ensures that data related to farm activities (e.g. fish stocking, fish transfers, feeding, mortality, water quality, harvests, samplings) is up-to-date, complete, and properly organized for reporting and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

The Employee’s duties and procedures which may be varied from time to time, will include amongst other responsibilities that arise during the day-to-day business of the Company the following:

• Input daily farm operational data (e.g., water quality, stocking, feeding, mortality, fish transfers, harvests) into Farm360.
• Ensure all entries are accurate, timely, and aligned with farm procedures.
• Review and cross-check data for errors or inconsistencies before submission.
• Collaborate with farm supervisors and technicians to verify source data.
• Maintain organized records (both digital and manual, if required) for cross-validation.
• Assist in generating daily, weekly and monthly reports from Farm 360.
• Flag and report any discrepancies or data quality issues to supervisors.
• Participate in Farm 360 trainings and system updates when required.
• Ensure data confidentiality and secure handling of farm information.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in a relevant field (e.g., IT, Data Management, or related area)
• Proficient in computer use and working with data systems
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
• Skilled in Microsoft Excel and other spreadsheet tools
• Fast and accurate typing skills
• Basic understanding of databases and how they function
• High attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
