JOB DESCRIPTION:
TrAC is seeking a commercially driven Product & Pricing Manager to lead product strategy, pricing optimization, and market adoption initiatives. This role will ensure that our internet products and connectivity solutions remain competitive, customer-centric, and financially sustainable while supporting expansion into underserved markets.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Define and execute the product roadmap, including internet packages, hotspot bundles, and new service features.
- Lead pricing strategy, including rapid experimentation, tier structuring, and promotional models aligned with unit economics.
- Conduct customer research and market analysis to inform product development and positioning.
- Develop clear product positioning and value propositions.
- Manage go-to-market strategies and product launches.
- Drive marketing initiatives to increase adoption, particularly in rural markets.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with technical product, regional implementation, marketing, and business development teams.
- Provide commercial insights to support revenue growth and strategic expansion.
YOU WILL BE AN IDEAL CANDIDATE IF YOU POSSESS THE FOLLOWING PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, AND KEY SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Telecommunications, Technology, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in product management, pricing strategy, or commercial roles.
- Proven experience in product strategy and pricing decision-making
- Strong data-driven and analytical capabilities
- Ability to lead and align cross-functional teams (Commercial, Technical, Operations)
- Clear ownership mindset and business impact orientation
- Strong understanding of P&L management and pricing models
- Customer-centric mindset with analytical decision-making capability.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
