Since 2010, Pact has partnered with the Rwandan government, private sector, and civil society to develop a responsible, modern, and prosperous artisanal and small-scale mining (ASM) sector in the country where Pact works in partnership with local stakeholders to help ensure that minerals conform to the standards expected by the international markets, promoting development rather than conflict. Furthermore, Pact is implementing a USAID/PEPFAR funded project to reduce vulnerability and incidence of HIV among orphans and vulnerable children (OVC), and adolescent girls and young women (AGYW) in selected high burden districts in Rwanda.

The full bid documents comprised by technical and financial offers will be submitted on Friday 19 August 2022, between 2pm an 4pm. The e-mail address to use for the submission will be provided within the tender documents.

Bids sent before or later than the mentioned time will not be considered.
