Q-Sourcing Rwanda Limited trading as Q-Sourcing Servtec is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Rwanda, Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania and South Sudan.
Our five-star boutique hotel (client), is looking for a competent, skilled, and experienced Human Resource Manager to work in Musanze.

Duties And Responsibilities
The main purpose of the Human Resources Manager is to manage all aspects of the HR department, and aspects of management of the staff village

• Recruitment & staff onboard Experience, Knowledge And Qualifications
• HR Qualification
• Experience in HR at management level / senior HR Generalist
• Ideally Hospitality Background
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Good interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Understanding and managing computer
• systems in particular MS Word and Excel as well as Sage VIP
