Request For Quotation Related to Consultancy for The Implementation of The Disaster Recovery Site and Network Security Enhancement Tender at UMUTANGUHA Finance Company (UFC) Plc

UMUTANGUHA Finance Company (UFC) Plc, a company duly registered in the office of the Registrar General under company code number 101310843, licensed by National Bank of Rwanda to operate as Micro Finance Institution (hereinafter called ‘’Client”) seeks to enhance its operational resilience by establishing a robust, secure, and fully functional Disaster Recovery (DR) site. The objective is to minimize downtime and prevent data loss for critical IT infrastructure, applications, and data in the event of a natural disaster, cyber-attack, or major system failure. UFC PLC would like to invite all interested and eligible bidders to submit their offer for the Consultancy for the implementation of the Disaster Recovery Site and Network Security Enhancement.

Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in 2 copies of which one is the original have to reach at the Human Resource and Administration Department of UMUTANGUHA FINANCE COMPANY Plc at the address mentioned above not later than 29th April 2026 at 10.00am local hours. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened.

Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives on 29th April 2026 at 10.30am in the Boardroom of UFC Plc Head Office.
