As we scale production capacity, we are strengthening our commercial team to drive sustainable revenue growth and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Market Penetration & New Client Acquisition
- Identify, target, and onboard small and medium-sized clients in FMCG, retail, and distribution sectors.
- Convert clients currently sourcing packaging from competitors.
- Promote standard box sizes, fixed pricing, and defined lead times to streamline sales.
- Ensure upfront payment terms for small-scale clients.
Existing Client Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client communication.
- Track order history, anticipate reorders, and proactively engage clients.
- Drive repeat orders and reduce client drop-off.
Demand Planning & Production Coordination
- Collect and consolidate weekly and monthly order forecasts from clients.
- Share demand projections with production and operations teams.
- Flag significant demand changes early to prevent production disruptions.
Cash & Performance Discipline
- Ensure payments are received according to agreed terms.
- Track orders against cash collections.
- Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and client data.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of new clients onboarded.
- Sales revenue and cash collected.
- Repeat order rate.
- Forecast accuracy (30–60 days).
- Client retention rate.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2 to 4 years of experience in sales, client management, or commercial operations, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG.
- Proven ability in business development and customer acquisition.
- Strong negotiation, follow-up, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work with numbers, pricing, and sales forecasts.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Economics, or a related field.
- Any additional training in sales, marketing, or commercial operations is an advantage.
