CLADHO (Collectif des Ligues et Associations de Défense des Droits de l’Homme au Rwanda) is the umbrella of Human Rights organizations in Rwanda, active in the area of human rights promotion, economic governance, right to socio protection, right to education and citizen participation. It was founded in May 1993 with the mission to protect, defend and promote human rights.

Background
CLADHO is an umbrella of Human Rights Organizations in Rwanda that is active in the fields of human rights promotion, economic governance, right to socio protection, right to education and citizen participation. It was founded in March 1993 with the mission to protect, defend and promote human rights. CLADHO got its legal status No 43/08/2011 of 31/03/2011 from the Ministry of Justice, and a recognition certificate from the Rwanda Governance Board No 04/2012 of 17/02/2012. CLADHO wants to conduct radio talk shows & a spot on citizen participation in planning and budgeting process.
CLADHO has been implementing PPIMA project since 2010. The project aims to promote citizen participation in the budget cycle. It is against this background that CLADHO through PPIMA project wishes to inform interested companies with media services to submit their quotations to conduct radio talk shows & a spot on citizen participation in planning and budgeting process.

Deliverables
The specific tasks under this consultancy will include:
• Organizing and conducting radio talk shows on citizen participation in planning and budgeting process. The talk shows will be organized on community radio stations.
• Producing and airing out a spot on citizen participation in planning and budgeting process. The spot will be aired out on community radio stations.

Responsibility
The company will be under the supervision of the Executive Secretary of CLADHO and shall be working very closely with the CLADHO PPIMA project team.

Qualification and competences of the Company
• The company should have experience in media services.
• The company manager should have qualified journalists.
• Should have experience in organizing high profile discussions that engage citizens and leaders.

Interested companies in media services and have enough experience in organizing discussions pertaining to citizen participation in planning and budgeting process are hereby requested to submit their quotations to the CLADHO’s central secretariat latest 30th September 2022 before 17pm.
