Bank of Kigali Plc (B) is seeking to source an experienced agency with experiential marketing skills and event organizer grouped in the following LOTS
LOT 2: Event organization and planning for the BK Digital Launch Event
Terms of Reference for the above mentioned services will be sent to emails of interested bidders from the 30/06/2022. Interested bidders should express their interest to tender on procurement Obk.rw
Submission Procedure
Bid submissions with a cover letter addressed to the Head of Procurement and Administration of Bank of Kigall Ple must be submitted not later than the 15/07/2022 at 3:30pm and bids should be submitted online using ERP link that will be shared with interested bidders.
Interested bidders are allowed to choose one or two LOTS of the above mentioned services
Clearly state the price proposals in Rwandese Francs. Provide a methodology and work plan, proof of experience in similar assignments, detailed company profile, CVs of staff dedicated to this assignment and any other requirement specified in the Terms of Reference. Indicate your account number and payment terms in the financial proposal
Interested Bidders should submit their bids together with the following documents;
Conditions for biddings
• -RDB Company registration certificate
• Valid RRA Tax Clearance Certificate
• -Valid RSSB Clearance Certificate At least 3 Performance certificates to prove similar services done elsewhere.
