Organization Overview
NETIS Rwanda Ltd is a company serving the telecommunications industry many African countries, Rwanda inclusive. NETIS Rwanda Ltd is registered in Rwanda in the telecommunication sector, and we offer the Fibre Optic Network design, deployment, and customer connectivity services in many African cities and in Kigali-Rwanda since January 2020. We also offer services in the range of wireless and wired telecommunications activities, Satellite telecommunications activities, tower construction and maintenance services just to mention a few.
NETIS Rwanda Ltd now invites, by present invitation to tender, sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the training’s services in Nyarugenge District, Kigali-City, Rwanda. Participation to the competition is open on equal conditions to all companies, individuals or enterprises specialized in the field with a valid trading license and allowed to bid for tenders.

2. Team interaction and skills upgrade for confidence and risk mitigation measure through knowledge put into application, unleashing the employees full potential.

Requirements to bid
• Valid Trade license
• RRA Tax clearance Certificate without areas
• Prepare the technical proposal indicating the timetable for trainings, and a timeline of when they will start and end; the confirmation of training materials (soft or hard copies, including videos, audios if necessary); and the outcome to trained employees.
• Clarity on the team of trainers and their profiles indicating where they trained similar or related subjects. Accounting trainers must be CPA registered.
• Trainers with accreditation such as International Coach Federation, any of the Big Four L&D Department, AEC Accredited Coach, are encouraged. Bachelors degree (and above) in subjects related to the training lists are expected to be part of the training team (a minimum of 2 trainers is expected).
• The expected cost-effective financial proposal in FRW currency, and price inclusive of all taxes (the bidder will clarify those taxes e.g. VAT, duties etc.). The bidder is expected to indicate rates used per hour of training for better benchmarking.
• Three (3) recommendation/reference letters from previous clients for similar supplied items.

Selection Criteria
• Technical proposal and availability of training materials (40%)
• Best Price, payment terms, delivery terms (35%)
• Experience in number of references (5% per reference customer; a maximum of 15%)
• Benefits or other services included in the price (10%)

Reservations
Any file submitted to respond to this call for bids becomes the property of NETIS Rwanda Ltd, which, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to:
• Disqualify any proposal on the basis of the offer or failure to follow the instructions in the solicitation,
• Extend the time for submitting all responses to the Request For Proposals after notification to all bidders,
• Terminate or modify the bid process at any time and resume it,
• Award the contract to the shortlisted bidders on the basis of the selection criteria,
• NETIS Rwanda Ltd will not compensate bidders for the preparation of their bids,
• Individual persons with those experiences are also welcome to bid; provided they will be subject to tax and other legal requirements
Well printed bids written in English language, properly bound and presented in 2 copies of which, an original and one copy must reach, in sealed envelopes to the Supply Chain Manager Office, located at Gitega, Nyarugenge, Kigali-City near SP Nyarugenge at 1st Floor not later than 07th October 2022, at exactly 9:00 a.m. Kigali Time. Electronic bidding shall not be allowed. Late bids will be simply rejected.
Bids will be opened physically in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to attend in person at the address mentioned above on the same day, on 07th October 2022, at exactly 10:00 a.m. Kigali Time local time, at NETIS RWANDA Ltd Meeting room (NETIS Rwanda Ltd will make sure all COVID19 measures are observed and that the bidders will be safe).

Submission Procedure
The bids will remain valid for 30 days from the deadline of submission.
