Job responsibilities

– Maintain NBAs accounting, Budget accounting, or financial accounting and reporting as assigned by the supervisor;

– Ensure a proper receipt of funds and an effective custody and disbursement of funds;

– Facilitate the conduct of internal and external audit exercises;

– Preparation and pre-checking of documents for payment of goods and services after checking the conformity and accuracy of payment requests;

– Maintain the Cash Books and General Ledgers using an appropriate accounting software to produce income and expenditure reports and consolidate financial reports and statements;

– Preparation of bank reconciliation statements at the end of each month and coordinate the timely production of accurate financial reports as per the set deadlines;

– Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Management with at least foundation level one of CPA/CIA/CPFA/CPFM/ACCA (Applied Knowledge of ACCA) or Stage two of CAT/ API Certificate.

    • Bachelor’s degree in Economics with at least foundation level one of CPA/CIA/CPFA/CPFM/ACCA (Applied Knowledge of ACCA) or Stage two of CAT/ API Certificate.

0 Year of relevant experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance with at least foundation level one of CPA/CIA/CPFA/CPFM/ACCA (Applied Knowledge of ACCA) or Stage two of CAT/ API Certificate.

0 Year of relevant experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting with at least foundation level one of CPA/CIA/CPFA/CPFM/ACCA (Applied Knowledge of ACCA) or Stage two of CAT/ API Certificate.
