The following are the answers to your questions:
• Lot 5 on Page 102: Supply, installation and commissioning of ICU equipment for KFHR, this is Lot 4 not Lot 5;
• Lot 5 on Page 106: Supply and installation of laboratory equipment and all accessories and training to the end-users for KFHR, this is kept as it is.
• Tender will be evaluated Lot by Lot, and a Lot is indivisible
• Lot 6 on the x ray protective gloves HS100: This model HS100 is removed and bidder should quote convenient reusable x ray protective gloves and provide a related catalog.
• Lot 6, Item 1: Revolution Base Vest & Skirt
The sizes of the 30 Pcs requested are following:
Small size: 4 pcs
Medium: 16 pcs
Large: 10pcs
• On the Question of sample to be submitted, if it is Revolution Base Vest & Skirt only,
the answer is that we requested a complete set (vest, skirt, and thyroid protection)
The deadline for submission of bids, initially scheduled on 24th March 2023 is postponed
on 29th March 2023
All the remaining provisions of the tender document remain unchanged
