Job Summary
The Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative and executive support to the National Director. The role is responsible for coordinating office operations, attending leadership meetings, preparing agendas, recording minutes, following up on action points, managing confidential information, and supporting organizational communication.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage the National Director's calendar, appointments, travel, and correspondence.
- Provide executive and personal administrative support to the National Director.
- Prepare letters, reports, presentations, and official documents.
- Coordinate and attend all leadership meetings.
- Prepare meeting agendas and record accurate minutes.
- Distribute minutes and follow up on agreed action points.
- Maintain confidential executive records and filing systems.
- Coordinate office administration and logistics.
- Liaise with the leadership team and external stakeholders.
- Track the implementation of leadership decisions.
- Organize events and official visits.

Qualifications and Experience
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Office Management, Secretarial Studies, Communications, or a related field.
- A minimum of three (3) years of relevant professional experience in an administrative or executive support role.
Working Conditions
This position is primarily office-based, with occasional travel and the possibility of extended working hours when required by organizational needs.
