Submission Procedure
Technical specifications for the above mentioned materials will be sent to emails of inter ested Bidders from the 26th April 2022. Interested Bidders should express their interest to tender on procurement@bk.rw. Bid submissions with a cover letter addressed to the Head of Procurement and Administration of Bank of Kigali Plc must be submitted not later than the 16th May 2022 at 3:30 PM Kigali Time and bids should be submitted on ERP link that will be shared with interested bidders.

Please submit your proposals in Rwandan Francs and the proposed prices should be valid for a period of 12 months. Provide the delivery period proposed for each order and warranty terms. After bids submission, preselected bidders shall be required to submit samples for technical evaluation.
