Qualifications or Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance.
• Minimum 3 years' banking/microfinance experience.
• Knowledge of branch operations, internal controls and approvals.
• Strong organizational and customer service skills.
• Professional certificate in accounting like CPA and CAT (intermediate level) will be an added advantage.
