Tender documents can be obtained from Ecobank EBS offices on the sixth floor of the Ecobank Building starting from 29th August 2023.
Properly bound and sealed proposal shall be submitted to Ecobank Courier Services offices on the ground floor not later than 12th September 2023 at 10:00 am local time. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at Ecobank Rwanda in the same date at 10:30 am. Late bids will be rejected. All envelopes should indicate the tender title and the name of the bidder.
