JOB DETAILS:

Akagera Management Company (AMC) is seeking suitable candidates to fill the positions of Human Resource officer and cashier. The candidates must be enthusiastic, motivated and reliable individuals.
The positions involve the following key duties:
Cashier
• Prepare payment requisition forms and present them to the financial controller for approval
• Pay approved payment requisition forms
• Compute and record daily cash transactions
• Daily reconciliation of theoretical and physical cash balances and report any discrepancy
• Prepare request for petty cash replenishment
• Assisting in the preparation of monthly financial reports and RRA declarations
• Compile and maintain non-monetary reports and records
Suitable candidates must meet the following criteria:
• Speak fluent English, French, and Kinyarwanda
• Be Rwandan nationals
• Have completed education to a minimum level of Degree (A0) in Accounting or Finance
• Have a minimum of 1-year experience
• Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel and words
• A quick learner and enthusiastic, and have good staff management skills
• Be highly organized, self-motivated, and eager to learn
• Be dependable, respectful, flexible
• Demonstrate good work ethic, hardworking and honest
