The University of Global Health Equity (UGHE) mission is to radically change the way health care is delivered around the world by training next generations of global health professionals who strive to deliver more equitable, quality health services for all.
The University of Global Health Equity (UGHE) plans to enhance its water storage capacity and sustainability infrastructure through the construction of an underground potable reinforced concrete water tank. The tank will have a total capacity of approximately 800 cubic meters (800 m³) and will be divided into two equal-sized compartments to allow for maintenance without interrupting supply. An adjacent pump room will be constructed to house all necessary pumping and control equipment, ensuring efficient distribution across the campus.

A Mandatory site visit will be held at UGHE Butaro campus on September 29th, 2025, 11:00AM at UGHE Butaro Campus
All proposals from interested and qualified bidders must be submitted electronically through the UGHE Procurement System https://ughe.app/eprocurement/index.php no later than 23:59 Kigali time on October 5th,2025.
It is the bidder's responsibility to ensure that their submission is completed by the deadline, and all documents are Signed, Submitted in PDF format and Free of viruses and corruption. Failure to adhere to these instructions will result in disqualification.
