With   financial support from FXB International, through FXB Village MUSAMBIRA II, FXB Rwanda would like to invite interested companies or persons to apply for the tender of: ‘’Construction of 12 rooms in on block of VIP Toilets at GS Muganza, Runda sector, Kamonyi district”

The participation in the competition is open on equal conditions to all companies or enterprises specialized in the field with the following documents:

1. The tender document
2. Copy of the incorporation certificate from RDB
3. Valid Tax clearance certificate from Rwanda Revenue Authority
4. Valid RSSB clearance certificate
5. VAT Registration certificate and proof of EBM use
6. Certificate of completion of the similar works (Construction works)

The Tender Document may be obtained from the coordination of FXB Rwanda upon presentation of a prepaid bank slip of a non-refundable fee of ten thousand Rwanda francs (10,000 Rwf) for buying tender documents deposited to the account number 25001965004 ’opened in I&M BANK in the name of Francois Xavier Bagnoud. Interested bidder will conduct a site visit on August 24, 2023. Well printed bids written in the English language, properly bound and presented in two copies of which, an original and three copies must reach, in sealed envelopes, at FXB Rwanda Karere Kamonyi district, Runda Sector, Ruyenzi Cell, Rubumba Village no later that August 31, 2023, at 04h00 PM. Late bids will be rejected. The bids will remain valid for 90 days starting from the deadline for their submission.
