Ultimate Developers Ltd (UDL) is a private real estate company leading the way in transforming the property business in Rwanda. UDL has a growing portfolio of Residential and Commercial projects that are changing Rwanda's real estate landscape. It's a flagship project, the unique Vision City neighbourhoods, is the biggest upscale suburb in Kigali and Rwanda at large with the first phase of 504 units which are completed and sold out. Vision City (VC) offers an exclusive, holistic and sustainable living experience. Vision City Phase II, comprising of 1,487 real estate units combines SMART, WELLNESS, features and GREEN architecture to provide a wide range of SUSTAINABLRE luxury to its clients.

Some of the WELLNESS features include air filtration systems and air quality sensors in addition to a wellness lighting package, while solar thermal heating, energy and water efficient plumbing fixtures are a few components of Vision City Phase II's GREEN Technology.

Vision City Phase II is designed with a variety of typologies including single residence units, executive Residences, Town Houses, Villas, exclusive Villas, Row Houses (Garden units, Duplexes and Triplexes) and 1 - 3-Bedroom Apartments. Sophisticated and Modern Designs are characteristic of VC Phase II development. VC Phase II will be complemented by a variety of amenities such as retail units, a Community Center, a School, a Kindergarten, a Recreation Center, and even a Hotel.

Vision City Phase 2 launch is meant to mark the start of sales-oriented strategy and communication campaign geared towards prospective clients and stakeholders, both nationally and internationally.

The objective of this Letter of Invitation (LOI) is to seek the services of a competent Software Development Firm to develop a cutting-edge Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software solution for UDL. The need for the CRM software will be to streamline customer interactions, optimize sales and marketing efforts, and improve overall customer engagement. Firms/Joint Venture interested in this tender may obtain further information at UDL Head Office (Address below) during office hours 08:00 a.m. to 05:00 p.m. Local Time.

A Consultant firm will be selected under Quality and Cost Based Selections (QCBS) procedures as described in this LOI, and in accordance with the UDL Procurement Policy and Procedure Manual.

Well typed Technical Proposals and Financial Proposals sealed in separate envelopes respectively, written in English, suitably bound in 3 copies (1 (one) original and 2 (two) copies, clearly marked, 'Consultancy Services for the Development of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software on behalf of Ultimate Developers Ltd (UDL)" shall be deposited in sealed envelopes at the Procurement Office of UDL not later than 23/08/2023 at 10:00a.m. local time (8:00a.m. GMT). The envelopes containing the proposals (technical & financial) will have to be marked on the outside the following wording: "The Title of Tender" and the "Tender Reference No". Submission via email is also accepted using the above email.

The Technical Proposals will be opened in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend on 23/08/2023 at 10:30 a.m. local time (08:30 a.m. GMT) in the Board Room of UDL HQ, 9th Floor /RSSB Building - Tower II. The proposals shall remain valid for 120 days after the Deadline for Submission prescribed above.
