Background
We are hiring for our client RUSIZI MICROFINANCE.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in lending, credit analysis, or microfinance/banking operations.
- Strong understanding of credit risk management, loan structuring, and portfolio monitoring.
- Experience managing branch or multi-branch loan portfolios is an advantage.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and lending guidelines.

Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: bachelor degree
