Background

The Management of INDONGOZI SACCO NYAMASHEKE invites applications from qualified and interested candidates for the following vacant positions, as part of its efforts to strengthen its operations and improve service delivery.

Responsibilities

Duties include customer reception and assistance, complaint handling and follow-up, member records, account opening support, customer information, statements, customer satisfaction surveys, product information and consumer support.

Qualifications and Requirements

At least A2 in Accounting, or CMP certificate for completing Level One, or possessing the higher degree in Accounting, Finance, management or any related field. Relevant experience in customer care services, preferably in banking, SACCO or microfinance is an added advantage. Must have completed secondary education with 70% minimum marks.

Other Employment Details

Full-time; Permanent subject to successful probation. Reporting to the Branch Business Manager.
