Job responsibilities
Define the Bio-Medical Statistics strategy in accordance with the strategic plan of the hospital
- Ensure the security of data
- Provide all data related to the patients and researchers
- Plan and monitor all activities of the service
- Define and provide guidelines and methods for data collected and data analysis in the hospital
- Analyze and interpret statistical data in order to identify significant differences in relationships among sources of information
- Evaluate the statistical methods and procedures used to obtain data in order to ensure validity applicability, efficiency and accuracy.
- Supervise and provide instructions for workers collecting and tabulating data.
- Report results of statistical analyses, including information in the form of graphs, charts, and tables.
- Consolidate statistical reports from different services and projects operating under hospital.
- Entry data in database
- Determine appropriate statistical policies and procedures
- Collection, analysis, interpretation and production of hospital Statistics
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semester and annual reports
- Perform other related duties as required
1:PsychometricTest 2:Written 3:Oral Reports To Head of Health Centers A1/A0 Job responsibilities • Identify psychosocial cases and work with them to find adequate solution for their problem; • Manager all Social services supplies and equipment in the institution • Provide Monthly report on social activities to the his/her direct supervisor • To advocate for helping clients to get resources that would improve their well-being • To coordinate the activities of sponsors in wards; • To educate patients individually or groups for behavior change; • To educate patients and their close relatives on the management of the patient’s condition and its consequences; • To educate patients individually or groups for behavior change • To identify psychosocial cases and work with them to find adequate solution for their problem; • To manage all departmental supplies and equipment • To organize and coordinate the international Patients’ day; • To organize and manage packages of support to enable patients to lead the fullest lives possible • To organize the social reintegration of abandoned and invalid patient (Home visit); • To serve as liaison between patients, healthcare providers and sponsors; • To perform other related duties as required
