To achieve this mandate and become the leading health commodities supply chain agency in Rwanda and beyond, RMS is committed to ensuring timely access to quality medical products through an enhanced, sustainable, and efficient supply chain system.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely data input and submission from Health Facilities (HFs)
  • Review and clean data to identify discrepancies
  • Report data-related issues to relevant managers
  • Support data availability for quantification and decision-making
  • Design and implement data quality improvement processes
  • Develop dashboards for monitoring data timeliness and accuracy
  • Conduct field visits to train HFs on data quality
  • Respond to customer queries related to e-LMIS
  • Prepare and submit activity reports
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Nursing, Epidemiology, Statistics, Public Health, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a related health field
  • Master SAP/ERP Basic skills
