JOB DETAILS:
On behalf of our client Rwanda Medical Supply (RMS), we are looking for a competent and experienced DIRECTOR OF STRATEGIC INFORMATION to work in Kigali, Rwanda.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement RMS's strategic information and digital transformation strategy aligned with organizational priorities.
- Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise technology systems.
- Ensure availability of reliable business systems that support RMS operations and management functions.
- Establish frameworks to ensure availability, quality, security, and effective utilization of organizational data.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Master's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information and Communication Technology, biostatistics, Quantitative Studies, Data Science, or another closely related field from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive professional experience in technology implementation, information systems management, digital transformation, or data management.
- At least five (5) years of experience in a managerial or senior leadership position.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 120
Level of Education: postgraduate degree
