On behalf of our client Rwanda Medical Supply (RMS), we are looking for a competent and experienced DIRECTOR OF WAREHOUSE,SALES AND DISTRIBUTION to work in Kigali, Rwanda.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement RMS’s warehouse, sales, and distribution strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
• Provide strategic direction for efficient management of central and regional warehouses.
• Oversee daily warehouse, sales, and distribution operations to ensure effective service delivery.
• Ensure timely processing, fulfillment, and delivery of customer orders.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Master’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Pharmacy, Business Administration, Operations Management, or another closely related field from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive professional experience in warehouse management, logistics, supply chain operations, or distribution management.
• At least five (5) years of experience in a managerial or senior leadership position.
