JOB DETAILS:
The Embassy of the United States of America in Kigali is recruiting for Engineering Technician (Building Automated Systems) - (All Interested Applicants / All Sources). The position is open to All Interested Candidates/All Sources and available to start immediately.
Responsibilities or duties
The Building Automated Systems Engineering Technician will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of computer and microprocessor controlled systems located throughout the embassy compound. This may include participation in a Reliability Centered Maintenance program. The job holder serves as an expert in planning, organizing, and maintaining large and complex mechanical and electrical systems and their control equipment. The incumbent performs skilled analysis and diagnostic maintenance work on all major systems and critical equipment throughout the embassy buildings and grounds. Work assignments will be directed by the Facility Manager.
