We are seeking an inspiring and commercially driven Executive Chef to lead our culinary team and bring our food philosophy to life through innovation, authenticity, and excellence.
Your Purpose
As Executive Chef, you will be the custodian of our culinary identity, leading with passion to deliver exceptional dining experiences that reflect our brand story. You will balance creativity with commercial performance, ensuring our kitchens operate with precision, profitability, and a strong guest focus.
What You Will Be Doing
- Lead and inspire the kitchen team as a true Heartist®, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous development
- Curate and evolve menus that reflect local authenticity, seasonality, and global culinary trends
- Drive operational excellence across all kitchen functions, ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation standards are always exceeded
- Take ownership of financial performance, managing food costs, stock, and productivity to achieve business targets
- Champion a guest-centric mindset, ensuring every dish contributes to a memorable and meaningful experience
- Oversee rostering, workforce planning, and talent development, nurturing future culinary leaders
- Ensure full compliance with HACCP standards, food safety regulations, and Accor operational guidelines
- Collaborate with the Executive Team to support the hotel’s commercial strategy and positioning

What We Are Looking For
- A passionate culinary leader with proven experience as an Executive Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a quality-driven hotel environment

- A flair for innovation, with a deep understanding of food trends and guest expectations
- A commitment to excellence, quality, and continuous improvement
- Solid knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree (A0) or Advance Diploma (A1) required in a related field such as Culinary Arts, Restaurant and Hotel Management, and other related field with a minimum 5 years working experience in the field.
