1. Registration certificate (RDB Certificate)
2. Company profile
3. Valid RRA Tax clearance and Corporate Income Tax (CIT)
4. Copy of 3 completion certificates from similar work/goods from your previous customers

Important Information
1. The quotation should be VAT inclusive
2. The bidder is requested to provide samples for testing/ Approval
3. Performance guarantee of 10% shall be request on every Purchase order above Five million (5M) as per company policy
4. Should indicate warranty period
5. Should indicate delivery period
6. Should indicate payment terms – bank guarantee of 100% on any advance payment
