Expression Of Interest For Micromine Subscription License And Software Tender at Trinity Metals Ltd

Trinity Metal Ltd is seeking for a qualified and local Rwandan service provider to undertake Micromine Subscription License and Software for Trinity Metals operation in Rwanda. 

Scope of Work for Micromine Subscription License and Software: 

The scope of the Micromine Subscription License Software work includes but not limited to the following:

1. Software Installation, Configuration, and Integration

• Deploy and configure the Micromine subscription license and 3D geological modelling software across Trinity Metals’ systems.
• Ensure compatibility with existing IT infrastructure and integrate with databases containing geological, geophysical, and geochemical data.
• Establish secure user access and license management protocols. 

2. Training, Support, and Maintenance

• Deliver training sessions for Trinity Metals’ geologists and engineers on software use, modelling workflows, and visualization tools.
• Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshooting, and periodic updates to ensure optimal performance.
• Establish a maintenance plan for license renewals, software upgrades, and user support. 

Eligibility and Competency Requirements

Interested parties must:

1. Have a local Weir office licensed to distribute and deploy Micromine licences.
2. Technical support and training for Micromine and related platforms located in Rwanda.
3. Provide a proven track record in delivering Micromine and other Mining IT solutions to local and regional clients.
4. Demonstrate capacity to train and integrate geological, geophysical, and geochemical datasets into software platforms.
5. Demonstrate availability of qualified personnel with relevant experience of deploy and training in Micromine.

• Application Cover Letter introducing your Company/Individual expressing interest, availability, and a brief business and experience profile including qualifications and experience.
• CVs of proposed personnel demonstrating integration of Micromine licenses at 5 operations
• Summary of qualifications and relevant experience.
• Indicative timeframe and approach.
• Details of at least five similar projects undertaken in the last five years.
• Certificate of domestic company registration issued by RDB.
• VAT Registration.
• Valid income tax clearance issued by RRA

Expressions of Interest received after 11:00AM on 11th September 2026 at 11:00AM will unfortunately not be considered.

Further discussion will be undertaken with selected respondents to prove the competence of the bidder and thereafter an invitation to tender will be provided to the bidder.
